Education in Left regime

Priority must be given to basic education not that it is a imposition from outside

1/  Unit Test in school must be abolished first by new elected Govt. in WB 2011
 Because:

a. These tests making next generation- Just robots.
b. No respite at all to enjoy childhood.
c. No scope for games and sports or even extra curricular activities like singing , dancing.....e.t.c
d. Attention new chief minister,
    Niether we the Bengali's are successful in Civil Services exam (for instance) nor in sports.
Comment : Present Govt. is dealing with education as a means of experiments of  'Model".
                 At sometimes they are doing something and another time they implement
                quite different ideas.

Result of their hypothesis : No vacation for tiny students. In days when school is
                                        closed they have to study. No tour with parents.
                                        Parents are also scared about result. 5 unit test
                                       a annual exam- Total 6!

Suggestion                     :  Half yearly and annual will be sufficient, like before.
